This result followed a 3-1 loss to Real Madrid in the European Cup, it took a lot of character by Manchester United to throw in this performance which if I remember correctly caught them up with Arsenal for goal difference in the premiership crown race ~ which Man United went on to win, after trailing 9 points at one stage!

I know it was Scholes’ day but my fave was the 4th goal considering Giggs and O’shea are both lefties, they both shot with their right! 🙂
