the world is full of shit decisions, how about this- I work in an engineering factory and it seems now that it doesn’t matter how good you are at your job, as long as you work overtime for them they think you are great. They’ve even started a divvy from South Shields that has no qualifications and when he started he couldn’t even read a micrometer and he’s been told he will be upgraded to skilled grade with no need for college, they can’t get skilled machinists so anyone will do.
